Aber auch diese Bem\u00c3\u00bchungen liefen scheinbar ins Leere, denn seit einem Jahr h\u00c3\u00b6rt man nichts mehr von der Serie Stumptown. So werden die Fans der Geschichte sich wohl mit der ersten und einzigen Staffel zufriedengeben m\u00c3\u00bcssen. Schade eigentlich, denn das Thema Afghanistan ist heute aktueller denn je. <b>Davon handelt die Serie Stumptown<\/b> Die Serie Stumptown basiert auf dem Graphic Novel gleichen Namens von Greg Rucka und Mathhew Southworth. Im Zentrum steht Dex Parios, gespielt von Cobie Smulders, die in Afghanistan im milit\u00c3\u00a4rischen Geheimdienst arbeitete. Sie kehrt zur\u00c3\u00bcck mit einer posttraumatischen St\u00c3\u00b6rung und einem verlorenen Kollegen und Liebhaber. Sie selbst wurde bei der Explosion, die ihrem Kollegen das Leben kostete, verletzt. Jetzt lebt die Milit\u00c3\u00a4rveteranin in Portland in Oregon, wo sie versucht, wieder ins Leben zu finden. Dex hat Spielschulden, kann nicht richtig arbeiten und muss sich zudem noch um ihren Bruder, der am Down-Syndrom leidet, k\u00c3\u00bcmmern. Da das Geld nicht reicht, besinnt sich Dex auf ihre F\u00c3\u00a4higkeiten und wird Privatdetektivin. Das kann sie gut, im Leben anderer schn\u00c3\u00bcffeln, Geheimnisse aufdecken, aufr\u00c3\u00a4umen \u00e2\u20ac\u201c nur nicht mit und in ihrem eigenen Leben. Aber Dex ist nicht ganz alleine. Ein guter Freund, Grey McConnell unterst\u00c3\u00bctzt sie, wo er kann. Der Barbesitzer gibt zum Beispiel ihrem Bruder mit einem Job in seiner Bar eine Chance. Und dann ist da noch Detective Miles Hoffman, der Dex die F\u00c3\u00a4lle zuspielt, um die sich die Polizei nicht k\u00c3\u00bcmmert.
