Erst drei Episoden konnten die kleinen Trekkies sich auf Paramount+ ansehen, da wird die Serie schon als erfolgreichstes Kinderformat gefeiert. Man munkelte schon, dass Star Trek: Prodigy kein Einteiler bleiben soll, aber nun best\u00c3\u00a4tigte Paramount auch offiziell, dass das Weltraumabenteuer eine zweite Staffel bekommt. Die Serie Star Trek: Prodigy richtet sich an junge Zuschauende. Es geht um eine Gruppe von Teenagern, die im Delta-Quadranten zu Hause sind. Eines Tages finden die ein Schiff der Sternenflotte, die U.S.S. Protostar. Geschwind \u00c3\u00bcbernehmen sie das verlassene Schiff, wollen Abenteuer im Weltraum erleben und sich dort vielleicht auch einen neuen Platz f\u00c3\u00bcr die Zukunft suchen. Doch die Jugendlichen sind nicht die einzigen, die das Schiff in ihrem Besitz haben wollen, Auch andere Bewohner wie die Diviner zeigen Interesse. Schon bald beginnt eine Jagd auf die junge Crew in der Protostar. Die erste Staffel von Star Trek: Prodigy wird in den USA auf Paramount+ in zwei Etappen ausgestrahlt. Bis zum November gibt es 5 Folgen und nach einer Pause dann ab Februar noch einmal f\u00c3\u00bcnf Episoden. Danach soll die Serie auf Nickelodeon wiederholt werden. Wann dies der Fall ist, und somit auch einige deutsche Zuschauende in den Genuss des animierten Abenteuers gelangen k\u00c3\u00b6nnen, ist noch nicht bekannt. Mit der zweiten Staffel kann man wohl dann erst im Jahr 2023 rechnen.
