Allerdings startet die Handlung erst einhundetr Jahre nach dem Finale von Vikings. Drei wichtige Personen bilden den Kern der Story. Neben allereli Schlachten und Gemetzel sollen die Zuschauenden vor allem den ber\u00c3\u00bchmten Leif Erikson, seine Schwester Freydis und Harald Sigurdsen n\u00c3\u00a4her kennenlernen. Nat\u00c3\u00bcrlich spielt auch der Normannenk\u00c3\u00b6nig Wilhelm der Eroberer eine zentrale Rolle. Es sind die Jahre, in denen die Wikinger neue Wege beschreiten m\u00c3\u00bcssen, wollen sie weiter an dieser Welt teilhaben. Das Europa, welches sie und alle vorher kannten, wandelt sich. Wer wird sich anpassen, wer wird k\u00c3\u00a4mpfen und wer wird am Ende \u00c3\u00bcberleben und die F\u00c3\u00a4den der Macht in den H\u00c3\u00a4nden halten? <b>Die Hauptpersonen in der Serie Vikings: Valhalla<\/b> Leif Erikson geh\u00c3\u00b6rt zu den ber\u00c3\u00bchmtesten Wikingern, die noch heute bekannt sind. Sam Corlett spielt die ber\u00c3\u00bchmte Figur in der Serie Vikings: Valhalla. Leif soll nach der Vinland-Saga der erste Europ\u00c3\u00a4er gewsen sein, der seinen Fu\u00c3\u0178 auf den Boden des nordamerikanischen Kontinents gesetzt hat. Und dieser Schritt hat unglaubliche Folgen, aber das schaut ihr euch einfach denn selbst an. Frida Gustavsson ist in der Rolle von Leifs Schwester Freydis zu sehen. Die Schauspielerin ist weltweit noch unbekannt, aber das wird sich nun ab dem 25. Februar ganz sicher \u00c3\u00a4ndern. Freydis Eriksdotter ist ungest\u00c3\u00bcm, voller Temperament und h\u00c3\u00a4lt mit Inbrunst am alten Glauben fest. Damit ist sie das ganze Gegenteil ihres Bruders Leif. Sie k\u00c3\u00a4mpft gegen das aufstrebende Christentum, mit allen Mitteln. Leo Suter, ein Brite, spielt den Prinzen Harald Sigurdsson, der auch als Harald der Dritte bekannt ist. Er ist ein wohlhabender Krieger, der Heiden und Christen gleicherma\u00c3\u0178en hinter sich schart. Das sind noch lange nicht alle gro\u00c3\u0178en Namen der Geschichte.
