Jetzt wird einer seiner Erfolgsromane, den er mit Heike Hohlbein gemeinsam geschrieben hat, dank Amazon Prime Video zur Serie. Am 26. Mai feiert Der Greif beim Streamingdienst Premiere, wie uns ein kleiner Teaser-Trailer mit imposantem kurzem Einblick zeigt. Sechs Episoden wird die Serie haben, die allesamt gleich zur Verf\u00c3\u00bcgung gestellt werden. Das ist der kleine Unterschied zu den bisherigen Fantasy-Reihen bei Amazon Prime Video wie Das Rad der Zeit oder Der Herr der Ringe: Die Ringe der Macht. Die Serie der Greif basiert auf dem Roman gleichen Namens von Wolfgang und Heike Hohlbein. Die Story entf\u00c3\u00bchrt uns nicht in eine Zeit Tausende von Jahren vor unserer Geburt, sondern in die 1990er Jahre. Ja, auch so geht Fantasy! Die offizielle Synopsis zur Serie Der Greif lautet so: \u00e2\u20ac\u017eKrefelden 1994. Die drei Au\u00c3\u0178enseiter Mark (Jeremias Meyer), Memo (Zoran Pingel) und Becky (Lea Drinda) entdecken eine phantastische Welt, genannt Der Schwarze Turm. Dort unterjocht der Greif, ein weltenverschlingendes Monster, alle Lebewesen gnadenlos. Mark findet heraus, dass er der Einzige ist, der den Greif besiegen kann. Aber er ist kein Held und will auch keiner sein. Er hat genug mit der Schule, seinen Wutausbr\u00c3\u00bcchen und seiner ersten gro\u00c3\u0178en Liebe zu tun. Ein Kampf gegen Monster kommt f\u00c3\u00bcr ihn \u00c3\u00bcberhaupt nicht in Frage. Doch als Marks Bruder Thomas (Theo Trebs) verschwindet, m\u00c3\u00bcssen die Freunde in die Welt des Schwarzen Turms aufbrechen und sich der Gefahr stellen.\u00e2\u20ac\u0153 Produziert wird das Fantasy-Spektakel von W&amp;B Television in Kooperation mit DogHaus Film f\u00c3\u00bcr Amazon Studios. Ausf\u00c3\u00bchrende Produzenten sind Quirin Berg, Max Wiedemann und Andr\u00c3\u00a9 Zoch. Als Showrunner sind Erol Yesilkaya (Buch) und Sebastian Mark am Werk. Im Cast sind unter anderem Jeremias Meyer, Lea Drinda, Zoran Pingel, Theo Trebs, Sabine Timoteo, Samirah Breuer, Armin Rohde, Thorsten Merten, Golo Euler und Fabian Busch zu sehen.
