High Desert hei\u00c3\u0178t das Format, manchmal auch nur The Desert, und wird ab dem 17. Mai beim Streamingdienst von Apple zu sehen sein. ZU Beginn gibt des drei Folgen auf einen Schlag und dann w\u00c3\u00b6chentlich eine weitere Episode. Damit ihr euch schon einmal darauf einstimmen k\u00c3\u00b6nnt, hat Apple nun auch einen offiziellen Trailer zu High Desert spendiert. In der Serie High Desert spielt Patricia Arquette, die zuletzt mit ihrer Rolle in Severance \u00c3\u00bcberzeugen konnte, eine Frau namens Peggy. Sie k\u00c3\u00a4mpft mit ihrer Drogensucht, die immer wieder kehrt. Dann stirbt auch noch ihre Mutter, die sie innig liebte. Peggy will einen Neuanfang und wird Privatdetektivin. Schnell entdeckt sie, dass dieser Beruf perfekt zu ihr passt, aber die Sucht bringt Peggy immer wieder in Schwierigkeiten. Aber Peggy will k\u00c3\u00a4mpfen, f\u00c3\u00bcr ihr neues Leben und gegen die Drogen. Man darf gespannt sein, ob und wie ihr das gelingt. Hinter High Desert stecken Jennifer Hoppe und Nancy Fichman, die mit Grace und Frankie oder auch Damages schon Erfolge feierten. Mit dabei auch Katie Ford, die man durch Miss Undercover kennt. Neben Arquette ist auch Ben Stiller als ausf\u00c3\u00bchrender Produzent mit an Bord. Neben Patricia Arquette sind im Cast Matt Dillon, Christine Taylor, Rupert Friend, Brad Garrett und Bernadette Peters vertreten.
