Wem der Name irgendwie bekannt vorkommt, der liegt mit der Vermutung richtig, dass es sich bei Diana um ein Spin-off der Serie Citadel vom April 2023 handelt. Das Franchise ist so angelegt und soll neben dem italienischen Diana noch weitere Ableger in anderen L\u00c3\u00a4ndern bekommen, deren Charaktere aber immer irgendwie miteinander, und nat\u00c3\u00bcrlich mit der Organisation Citadel, verbunden sind. Der offizielle deutsche Trailer zeigt, was die Zuschauenden in der Serie erwartet. Ab dem 10. Oktober ist Citadel: Diana bei Amazon Prime Video zu sehen. Mit Hauptdarstellerin Matilda De Angelis als Diana geht es ins Mailand des Jahres 2030. Acht Jahre sind seit der Zerst\u00c3\u00b6rung der m\u00c3\u00a4chtigen Spionage-Agentur Citadel vergangen. Aber die Agentin Diana Cavalier steckt auch jetzt noch tief in den Reihen von Manticore , als Maulwurf operiert sie hinter den feindlichen Linien. Eines Tages sieht sie eine Gelegenheit zur Flucht und wendet sich an Edo Zani. Der ist der Erbe von Manticore in Italien und ob das die beste Idee war, sich ausgerechnet dem Sohn des Bosses von Manticore Italien anzuvertrauen, wird sich in den sechs Episoden dann wohl herausstellen. Neben Matilda De Angelis sind Lorenzo Cervasic als Edo Zani, Maurizio Lombardi als Etore Zani, Julia Piaton, Giordana Faggiano, Daniele Paoloni, Thekla Reuten ,Bernhard Sch\u00c3\u00bctz und Filippo Nigro zu sehen.
