Da ist zum Beispiel die Fortsetzung eines gro\u00c3\u0178en und am\u00c3\u00bcsanten Filmes, die auf die Zuschauenden zukommt. Nein, es geht nicht um Horror, obwohl hier echt viele Fortsetzungen legend\u00c3\u00a4rer Reihen in diesem Jahr den Weg auf die gro\u00c3\u0178e Leinwand finden, sondern um ein verr\u00c3\u00bccktes K\u00c3\u00b6rpertausch-Abenteuer. Ja, Freaky Friday ist mehr als 20 Jahre nach dem riesigen Erfolg wieder zur\u00c3\u00bcck, und wie der Titel verr\u00c3\u00a4t, wird es noch freakiger. Freakier Friday, so hei\u00c3\u0178t die Fortsetzung des Kultstreifens, wird am 8. August 2025 in die Kinos kommen, und was die Zuschauenden da erwartet, zeigt nun ein erster, und bestimmt nicht letzter, Trailer. Das Beste gleich zu Beginn: In Freakier Friday ist das ber\u00c3\u00bchmte Mutter-Tochter-Gespann Jamie Lee Curtis und Lindsay Lohan wieder mit an Bord. Aber jetzt, mehr als zwei Jahrzehnte sp\u00c3\u00a4ter, tauschen nicht die beiden wieder die Rollen. Die beiden besuchen eine Wahrsagerin, gespielt von Vanessa Bayer, die beschw\u00c3\u00b6rt, dass die Lebenslinien beider sich schon einmal gekreuzt haben. Und damit hat sie ja nicht unrecht. Doch nach diesem Besuch wird das Laben der beiden Frauen ordentlich durcheinandergebracht. Wieder finden sie sich in einem K\u00c3\u00b6rpertausch wieder. Aber dieses Mal ist auch die n\u00c3\u00a4chste Generation in Form von Annas Tochter und der zuk\u00c3\u00bcnftigen Stieftochter Lily mit dabei. Das Chaos ist perfekt, denn vier Frauen in vertauschten Rollen sind nun wirklich eine Spur zu viel. Humorvolle Verstrickungen machen gemeinsam mit extremen Herausforderungen das Leben der vier Frauen turbulent. Neben Lindsay Lohan und Jamie Lee Curtis kehrt auch ein weiteres Cast-Mitglied aus dem ersten Film zur\u00c3\u00bcck auf die Leinwand. Es handelt sich um Chad Michael Murray, der als Jake mit seinem Motorrad f\u00c3\u00bcr dramatische Momente sorgt. Neu dabei sind Julia Butters als Annas Tochter Harper und Sophia Hammons als Stieftochter Lily. Au\u00c3\u0178erdem ist Manny Jacinto als Annas Ehemann Eric zu sehen. Im Regiestuhl sa\u00c3\u0178 Nisha Ganatra, die ein echt gutes Gesp\u00c3\u00bcr f\u00c3\u00bcr Humor und Comedy hat. Kristin Burr, Jamie Lee Curtis und Lindsay Lohan traten als Produzenten auf.
