Mit dabei sind Word- und Excel-Alternativen sowie 15 GB an kostenlosem Speicherplatz. Das praktische: Die Office-L\u00c3\u00b6sungen liegen komplett in der Cloud und k\u00c3\u00b6nnen \u00c3\u00bcber einen Browser genutzt werden. Im vergangenen Jahr haben \u00c3\u00bcber 240 Millionen Nutzer auf das Cloud-Speicher-Angebot von Google zugegriffen. Microsoft ist trotz allem mit seinen Office-L\u00c3\u00b6sungen die erste Wahl f\u00c3\u00bcr viele Unternehmen, dies soll sich, wenn es nach Google geht, jedoch schon bald \u00c3\u00a4ndern. Zudem verf\u00c3\u00bcgen die Google-L\u00c3\u00b6sungen aber auch \u00c3\u00bcber weitere Vorteile. Zu erw\u00c3\u00a4hnen w\u00c3\u00a4re hierbei unter anderem die M\u00c3\u00b6glichkeit, mit mehreren Personen gleichzeitig in einem Dokument zu arbeiten. Eine Funktion, welche auch ich sehr gerne in Kombination mit Skype nutze, um Themen schneller im Team zu kl\u00c3\u00a4ren. Google setzt zudem auf einen eher schleichenden Prozess. So sollen zu Beginn vor allem Google Apps als Zusatz zu Microsoft Office schmackhaft gemacht werden. Sobald sich Unternehmen dann an die Vorteile gew\u00c3\u00b6hnt haben, ist der finale Wechsel von Microsoft Office zu Google for Work schneller getan, als viele wohl vorher angenommen h\u00c3\u00a4tten. <\/p>\n<div><span>Ein schleichender Prozess soll den Wechsel einleiten<\/span><\/div>\n<p> Selber ist sich Google somit durchaus bewusst, dass gro\u00c3\u0178e Unternehmen nicht von einem Tag auf den anderen von Microsoft zu Google wechseln werden. Aus diesem Grund m\u00c3\u00b6chte das Unternehmen zu Beginn vor allem mit Zusatzleistungen zu Microsoft Office punkten und dann langsam eine Umstellung einleiten. Eine Studie soll zudem gezeigt haben, dass viele Office-Nutzer in Konzernen nur sehr wenige Funktionen von Word und Excel nutzen. Die gro\u00c3\u0178en Vorteile der Anwendungen werden somit kaum ausgespielt. So soll auch ein Wechsel deutlich leichter von statten gehen. Zudem plant Google auch weiterhin eine Kompatibilit\u00c3\u00a4t mit Word- und Excel-Dateien sicher zu stellen. So soll ein schleichender Prozess des Wechsels eingeleitet werden. Google verf\u00c3\u00bcgt zudem \u00c3\u00bcber sehr gute Apps f\u00c3\u00bcr mobile Endger\u00c3\u00a4te, welche das Bearbeiten und Erstellen von Dateien auch unterwegs deutlich einfacher gestalten. Aber auch Microsoft ist in diesem Bereich deutlich aktiver geworden und hat bereits im vergangenem Jahr seine Office-L\u00c3\u00b6sungen f\u00c3\u00bcr mobile Endger\u00c3\u00a4te auf ein kostenloses Modell umgestellt und vor wenigen Tagen auch Outlook f\u00c3\u00bcr iOS und Android ver\u00c3\u00b6ffentlicht. Au\u00c3\u0178erdem gibt es ein paar interessante Zahlen. Google Apps werden aktuell von 5 Millionen Unternehmen eingesetzt und 600 Unternehmen verf\u00c3\u00bcgen \u00c3\u00bcber mehr als 10.000 Google Apps-Nutzer.
