Dies ist nun auch tats\u00c3\u00a4chlich geschehen und PHC-International hat den E-Commerce-Shop Fab.com \u00c3\u00bcbernommen. Der Kaufpreis soll laut Medienberichten bei mindestens 15 Millionen US-Dollar liegen. Das Unternehmen Fab.com hat eine st\u00c3\u00bcrmische Zeit hinter sich. Das einst beleibte E-Commerce-Unternehmen etablierte sich schnell am Markt und erreichte im Jahr 2013 innerhalb weniger Monate eine Bewertung von einer Milliarde US-Dollar. Danach ging es erneut schnell und das Unternehmen hatte mit vielen Problemen zu k\u00c3\u00a4mpfen, musste Mitarbeiter entlassen und eine Neuausrichtung in Angriff nehmen. Der neue Eigent\u00c3\u00bcmer PHC-International will Fab.com unter einer neuen Leitung wieder aufbauen und hat hierf\u00c3\u00bcr auch 35 Fab-Mitarbeiter \u00c3\u00bcbernommen.
