Auf der TCA Press Tour erhofften sich nun viele, dass Netflix eine zweite Staffel der Serie ank\u00c3\u00bcndigt; dies ist jedoch nicht geschehen. Hoffen und Bangen hei\u00c3\u0178t es somit nun f\u00c3\u00bcr die Fans und vor allem f\u00c3\u00bcr die Produzenten J. Michael Straczynski und die beiden Geschwister Lena und Andrew Wachowski. Dennoch sind die Produzenten guter Dinge und sind auch weiterhin davon \u00c3\u00bcberzeugt, dass die Serie eine zweite Staffel bekommen wird. Bei Sense 8 handelt es sich um eine Gruppe von acht Menschen aus verschiedenen L\u00c3\u00a4ndern, die geistig auf eine Art und Weise miteinander Verbunden sind. Das besondere an dieser Verbindung ist, dass alle acht die Geheimnisse der jeweils anderen kennen, ein Teil des Lebens der anderen werden und gemeinsam um ihr Leben k\u00c3\u00a4mpfen m\u00c3\u00bcssen. In einem Interview gab J. Michael Straczynski bekannt, dass seine beiden Kollegen und er Menschen sind, die vorausplanen und daher bereits Pl\u00c3\u00a4ne zu einer zweiten Staffel zu Papier gebracht haben.
