Mit \u00e2\u20ac\u017ePhantastische Tierwesen und wo sie zu finden sind\u00e2\u20ac\u0153 (Original: Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them) feiert die Harry Potter Buchautorin J.K. Rowling ihr Deb\u00c3\u00bct als Drehbuchautorin und arbeitet damit offiziell am neuen Film mit. Der neue Film \u00e2\u20ac\u017ePhantastische Tierwesen und wo sie zu finden sind\u00e2\u20ac\u0153 basiert auf dem gleichnamigen Buch, welches 2001 als eigenst\u00c3\u00a4ndiges Buch zum Harry Potter-Franchise erschien. Die Geschichte spielt sich 70 Jahre, bevor Harry seine ersten Schritte in der Zauberschule Hogwarts macht, ab. Es ist das Jahr 1926. Der britische Magiezoologe Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne) kommt w\u00c3\u00a4hrend seiner Forschungsreise als 27-j\u00c3\u00a4hriger in New York mit seinem Koffer an. Doch der Koffer ist kein gew\u00c3\u00b6hnlicher Koffer, sondern birgt ein gro\u00c3\u0178es Geheimnis in sich. In New York trifft Scamander auf die zwei Hexenschwestern namens Queenie (Alison Sudol) und Porpentina Goldstein (Katherine Waterston), die ihm bei seinen Forschungen im Big Apple behilflich sind und auch im weiteren Leben Newts eine Rolle spielen. Der neue Titel soll als Trilogie erscheinen. Dabei wir der erste Teil bereits am 18. November 2016 in Amerika in den Kinos ausgestrahlt werden (laut Wikipedia ist der Deutschlandstart einen Tag zuvor). Der zweite Teil der Reihe soll genau zwei Jahre sp\u00c3\u00a4ter, n\u00c3\u00a4mlich 2018 ver\u00c3\u00b6ffentlicht werden und Teil drei von \u00e2\u20ac\u017ePhantastische Tierwesen und wo sie zu finden\u00e2\u20ac\u0153 soll nochmals zwei Jahre sp\u00c3\u00a4ter, also 2020, im Kino erscheinen. Der Regisseur David Yates, der bei den letzten vier Teilen von Harry Potter Regie gef\u00c3\u00bchrt hat, \u00c3\u00bcbernimmt auch beim ersten Teil von \u00e2\u20ac\u017ePhantastische Tierwesen und wo sie zu finden\u00e2\u20ac\u0153 die Regie. Die Buchautorin J.K. Rowling schrieb das Drehbuch zum Film.
