Aashram Season 3 Part 2 returns with the crumbling empire of Baba Nirala (Bobby Deol) , but this time, the godman doesn’t shine as brightly. Pammi is back, not as a victim but a woman with a plan. And while Baba continues to cloak his sins in spirituality, it’s Bhopa Swami who steals the show. He is Now smarter, darker & more unpredictable.

Power shifts silently in the aashram corridors, and the narrative dares to ask: What if the most dangerous man isn’t the godman, but his right hand?

In the latest installment of Aashram, what started as Baba Nirala’s playground now feels like Bhopa Swami’s battlefield. The spiritual grip of Bobby Deol’s character seems to be loosening, not due to external enemies but because of the eerie, calculated rise of his once-loyal aide.

Everyone’s curious: Is Bobby still the lead, or just a fading figurehead?

What’s Good?

Chandan Roy Sanyal as Bhopa is absolutely magnetic . His character is layered, restrained, and chilling. Moreover, The Intricacies of the plot and unpredictable display of Bhopa’s Character has had the Audience in Awe.

Pammi , Once a Devotee of Baba Nirala and a Wrestler , returns with a purpos.  A purpose no less than to destroy the whole syndicate of the Malicious Aashram , is already adding fire to the plot.

The writers have well played with the Darker themes of power, faith, and betrayal that deepens the show’s impact.

What’s Happening? Is Bobby Deol Being Replaced?

Bobby Deol’s Baba Nirala feels toned down, almost overshadowed by his Right-Hand Bhopa Swami , However the Audience doesn’t seem upset , But More inclined and Engaged in the show.

Moreover,  Repetitive plot elements may slow down certain episodes but can the Viewer get enough of the power-shift Dynamic?

Hell No! Though Bobby is still top-billed, the emotional and narrative weight now leans on Bhopa. Audiences notice the shift, less screen time, less dominance, more vulnerability.

It’s not a replacement in the credits, but in the control of the story. And that shift has stirred social media buzz, fan debates, and headlines. It’s controversial & calculated but it’s working

Conclusion

Aashram 3 Part 2 subtly flips the script: the guru may still wear the robe, but the disciple now writes the doctrine. Bobby Deol hasn’t left – but his grip has. And maybe that’s the genius of it all. If power corrupts, then just watch what happens when the power starts to slip. Bhopa Swami isn’t replacing Baba Nirala – he’s redefining him.

Worth watching? Oh, absolutely. But don’t expect the same Baba. Expect the storm that follows when loyalty breaks. The calm in Baba Nirala’s eyes has cracked, and behind it, Bhopa’s fire is rising.

If you’ve followed Aashram for its darkness, deception, and drama, This season gives you all that, but with a more dangerous heartbeat.

Aashram 3 will definitely Compel you to take a side. So Now tell me –  whose side are you really on?
