High school parties are always a special moment for students and teachers. Because it will be the last communion, it marks a farewell to childhood memories and a welcome to teenage thoughts. Usually, students plan for a trip, accompanied by teachers, but what happens when you go on a trip and get stuck there? Completely isolated, far away from family, this enjoyable experience turns into a nightmare. To unfold the lifestyle of high school students in grandeur, the director Paco Caballero crafted a teenage movie, Graduation Trip: Mallorca. It is a Spanish film, starring Yolanda Ramos, Berta Castañé, and Sara Vidorreta in the lead roles.

Mallorca Trip

Set amid aesthetically enriched locations of Mallorca, known for its turquoise waters, sandy beaches, and picturesque countryside. This film unlayers the life of high school students. With COVID-19 as the central theme, the film revolves around a group of high school students, accompanied by teachers, who plan an extravagant party in Mallorca after the lockdown. They arrive in Mallorca looking forward to the occasion. But soon, things turn haywire, leading to an in-house party.

Outbreak

Shortly after the arrival of students, a new outbreak of COVID-19 occurs at the event, leading to a mandatory quarantine. Now, stuck inside the hotel, bored by the lifestyle, these students decide to throw a lavish party. At the party, new relationships blossom, incidents of heartbreak occur, and many character unveilings take place, thus hooking the audience until the last moment.

Gen Z Vibe

The plot typically sheds light on the Gen Z audience. The film explores the themes of love, relationships, and drama. It also conveys the message that searching for happiness amid chaos can provide serenity. Additionally, it showcases the bond between students and teachers while stuck in hotel rooms.
