The Plot

This new season picks off right from the prequel’s cliffhanger, where Dream works hard to restore his Dreaming power. However, one has to face his “Past sins” and misdeeds before something great. Here, most of the episode content is a direct adaptation of comic arcs. In other words, Dream will rescue his blood, son Orpheus, from a death fate, recovering from his paternal guilt, later followed by episodes of “More Devils Than Vast Hell Can Hold” and “Family Blood”, where Dream and his sister Delirium search across realms to find their Brother Destruction. They reconcile against the differences have to owning the mistakes. While Lucifer, the God of Hell, uses every inch of power to destroy Dream. So it’s time for a final battle of Divinity and Power. Who wins?

Indeed, Sandman is quite popular for its dark and enchanting VFX, that rare to watch in TV shows after Harry Potter.
