The Honest Box is a channel’s newest (Reality TV) show offering a £100,000 prize. Channel 4 is leveraging its latest big reality bet—a series in which singletons have to tell the truth or lose prize money. Hosted by Vicky Pattison and Lucinda Light, The Honesty Box.

The Storyline 

The show brings singles together into what the show describes as a cutting-edge lie detection system, which is said to guide their decision-making as they are reminiscent of Love Island’s famous villa. The daters explore different connections; they are tested by the Honesty Box, a lie detection system that asks probing questions about their true feelings.

Contestable pot and will use an AI-enhanced software to sniff out liars. The Challenge for prize funds to dwindle rather than be built up during the series, the most honest dating show in the world, where we’ll discover if we are being truthful from the start.

When you realize you like someone, you could choose to get real with them, but there’s also a danger of doubling down on deceit. There are egregious lies: the ones about your relationship status, sexual preferences, wanting kids when you don’t—the stuff that causes real harm.

The show is Available on E4 the following Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. The Honesty Box has already started on Monday, 28 April, at 9 pm on E4.

It states that the show offers nothing new, and despite a lie-detector test format, the point is just wasted on the third-rate; it’s another dating show with  Rating ⅕.
