Paramount Pictures has finally announced the trailer for its upcoming Naked Gym reboot, which shows the real look of Liam Neeson stepping into the world of comedy as Lt. Frank Drebin Jr, and will hit the theaters on the release date.
About The New Trailer
Liam Neeson’s role is of the bumbling son of Police Squad, “The Legend Frank, late Leslie Nielsen, with a woman who plays Beth, seeking Drevin’s help after the mysterious Death of her brother. The scriptwriters are Dan Gregor and Doug Mand, who have collaborated with Schaffer on the Emmy-winning Chip ‘N Dale: Rescue Rangers. With the help of Seth MacFarlane and Erica Huggins, the project is finally produced.
Unexpected update
Which shows a bartender getting his face smashed against the bar by Neeson’s Frank Drebin Jr., and guess what, the bartender is none other than Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes, who is set to make an appearance in the world of comedy.

The Plot

At first the reboot retains the beloved rapid-fire deadpan style action for modern audiences, but it will feel as good as its roots. It also includes meta-humor- which gives gag Vibes to O.J. while introducing new gags like car chases, exploding bombs in desserts, etc. If you are a true fan of the Original Naked Gun, then this new film is an evolution of it.
