The 25-second teaser is released in all major languages: Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Hindi, and Malayalam with horror-humour dialogue, star cast, & dramatic visuals. With poster release and buzz, we already know that it’s in the old school format of fear, a haunted palace, spooky character, rebirths, and most importantly, a vengeful history.
In “The Raja Saab” teaser, Prabhas is sharing screen time with A-list actors like Sanajy Dutt, Boman Irani, Samuthirakani, female leads: Malavika Mohanan, Niddi Agarwal, and Riddhi Kumar, and veteran comedians Viva Harsha, and more. It reveals a greed-filled Sanjay Dutt as a ghost in the golden palace and main lead Prabhas as Raju, a carefree guy who gets dragged into the treasure hunt as it was once owned by his grandfather.

After Chandramukhi and the remake Bhool Bhulaiya franchise, this kind of thrill is quite a familiar horror-comedy that people are fed up with. Also, this is the first time Prabhas is adorning this genre. But worry not, because director Maruthi is a classic in these; his most famous film, “Prema Kadha Chitram,” is something the Telugu audience still enjoys. This time, Maruthi is bringing a fresh horror spectacle with a budget of 300-50 crores of visual treat relying on VFX design and large-scale sets in Ramoji Film City.
