Details and Early Life Samantha Ruth Prabhu marked her presence in the world on 28 April 1987 in the city of Chennai, Tamil Nadu. She was born to Joseph Prabhu, a Tamilian, and Ninette Prabhu, a Malayali. She spent her childhood in the city’s suburb of Pallavaram, where she lived alongside her two elder siblings, Jonathan and David.
