Panchayat makers are the same TVF Creations and based in rural backdrop, other than that this series is nowhere near to Panchayat.

Watch it with a fresh mind, not with someone else in your head. It has a different message, light-hearted fun, and humor.Last episode is expected to connect the dots but a weak attempt is made by the director to reveal what happened.

This is  a  true reflection of the better India is a process ,where first we identify what is missing in this huge nation to evolve to become a India.

The Storyline – Every episode feels like a window into the soul of small-town India, brought to life by a cast that delivers consistently authentic and compelling performances. The writing is sharp, witty, and refreshingly original. It doesn’t rely on cliches instead, it creates a world that’s rich in culture, nuance, and warmth. The balance between lighthearted moments and deeper emotional beats is handled with remarkable finesse.

The Characters – Amol Parashar is the best and well supported character, Standout performers are the lady playing nurse and boy playing sudhir.Their  realistic performance will definitely bring tears in your eyes.

The Best Part – TVF has dropped something fresh, set on the same kind of setup as panchayat. This series even packs more than what you desire, forgive me for my praise for TVF,but this series is as good as panchayat. What makes Gram Chikitsalay truly special is its ability to make you laugh out loud one minute and choke up with emotion the next. It’s a series that lingers with you long after the credits roll.

What Makes It Different From Panchayat?

While still the series holds its own with its own brand of rural banter and sad realities but the ending sort of dampens the spirit, almost a letdown.

Gram Chikitsalay is an absolute triumph—heartwarming, hilarious, and deeply human. This series brilliantly captures the quirks, challenges, and charm of life in a rural village clinic, blending humor with poignant social commentary in a way that’s both entertaining and thought-provoking.
