Well, ROBINHOOD wasn’t exactly robbing box office records, was it? Flopped hard in theatres, and now it’s tiptoeing onto OTT. You might’ve landed here from that item number – all gajras, hips, and hype. But let’s be honest: most didn’t stay past the popcorn interval. Robinhood premieres on ZEE5 and airs on ZEE Telugu from May 10, 6 PM IST. Go on, test your patience.
What’s (Barely) Good:
David Warner cameo. David Warner in the film—why? But also… why not? Yes, the Aussie cricketer. Looking soft and oddly sweet, but South villain material? Nehh. Cute, but not convincing. Still, his surprise appearance will probably be the only thing you’ll rewind. Warner undoubtedly sidelined the leads by his mere few minutes’ presence on the screen.
Ketika Sharma’s glam attack in “Adhi Dha Surprisu”
This item number walked in with gajras, glitter, and the kind of glam that makes you pause. Probably the only sequence with actual energy. You came for this? Fair. But you won’t stay for long.
Nithiin Fans, Assemble! (but don’t expect fireworks)
If you’re a hardcore fan, this might be a “watch no matter what” moment. But he’s nowhere near peak form here. Comfort chaos at best. What’s a Headache? That plot? Clichéd Orphan. Turns thief. Becomes reluctant Robinhood. Yawn. We’ve seen it all, and this version doesn’t even try to remix it. It’s the cinematic equivalent of Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V, and somehow still messes it up.
Sreeleela was completely wasted
The kissik girl could’ve turned this chaos into glam a bit. She could’ve been the spark. But her character? Hollow. Flat. Forgotten. She deserved way more than being reduced to aesthetic support.
Drought on IMDB
When a film releases and there’s no conversation, no ratings, not even a hate review? That silence is louder than a flop headline. No IMDB reviews. Not one. Like, even the keyboard warriors gave up.

Costao Movie Review; A Biopic That Tells So Much Without Melodrama
That trailer tricked us all.
It had the snappy cuts. The punchy music. The promise. Then the movie starts, and you’re like… “Oh.” It’s giving, run away while you have energy.
Worth Watching?
Honestly? Only if you’re in the mood to hate-watch or just too loyal to your favorite stars to care. Otherwise? It’s OTT, dude. Click out guilt-free when the headache hits.
Final Verdict: Click or Skip?
Skip – unless you’re in it purely for Ketika’s glam or Warner’s unexpected guest entry. Robinhood tries to be a thrill ride but ends up circling the parking lot with a flat tire. This movie is like plain toast at a five-star breakfast buffet – dry, forgettable, and you only took it because everything else ran out.
